I successfully installed this software on my Windows 7 computer, but when I'm trying to open it, I receive a message saying to check my firewall and Internet Explorer browser. I verified the firewall and the browser an they are fine. Can you help?

In order to solve the problem, go to Start > Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Firewall > Allow a program through Windows Firewall and check the box next to Tout sur les verbes Anglais. If you can't find the application in the Allowed programs and features window, press the Allow another program button, navigate to the installation directory, select the executable file and press Add. Next, from the Advanced Settings select Inbound Rules > New Rule. Check the Port box, click Next, select All local Ports and follow the self-explained steps. Also, check if your security program doesn't block the Tout sur les verbes Anglais connection.
After that, open Internet Explorer, navigate to Tools > Internet Options, click the Connections tab, press LAN Settings button and make sure that box below Proxy server is not checked. If you still receive the error message, reinstall the software and try running it using Administrator rights.
Since I bought Tout sur les verbes Anglais, I uninstalled and reinstalled the program several times. I can't use it due to: "Configure your Firewall and Internet Explorer". I closed Windows Firewall and all other security programs, but the problem persists. Furthermore, I installed the program in a new computer and I still receive the same error. I'm a computer technician. What can I do?

If your security programs and Windows Firewall are disabled, open Network and Internet from the Control Panel and then double-click Internet Options. Press the Security tab and move one by one the security level scroll bar for Trusted Sites, Local intranet and Internet to Low:
After that, select Trusted sites, click Sites, and type http://www.larousse.fr in the first field. Press Add and then close the window. Next, click the Connections tab, press LAN Settings button and make sure that box below Proxy server is not checked. If you still have issues, I suggest you contact the developers. Their email address is [email protected].
